Wisconsin’s Open Enrollment Program Does Not Violate Federal Law

On January 22, 2019, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals held that Wisconsin’s open enrollment program did not violate federal law.  In its most recent legal update, Strang Patteson examines the court’s decision and its impact on Wisconsin school districts.
