SAA Opposes GOP Bond Referendum Bill

The SAA testified in opposition to Assembly Bill 475, relating to requiring including estimated interest and interest rate in a referendum question for issuing bonds, at a public hearing yesterday before the Assembly Committee on Government Accountability and Oversight.
