Youth Workforce Readiness Task Force to Hold Hearing

The Speaker’s Task Force on Youth Workforce Readiness will hold a public hearing at 9am, Thursday, September 10 in Room 412 East, State Capitol. The Committee will hear invited testimony from the following organizations and/or individuals:
· Department of Workforce Development
· Wisconsin Technical College System
· Department of Public Instruction
· Beloit School District
· Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities
· Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce
· Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin Inc.
· The Wisconsin Technology Council
· The Foundation of the Wisconsin Automobile and Truck Dealer Association
· Building Advantage Wisconsin
Additional invited speakers may testify. The Taskforce will accept public testimony regarding Workforce Readiness in general after the conclusion of the invited presenters. For more information about the Task Force including objectives and membership, see here.
