AB 805 Clears the Senate
By Wisconsin School Administrators Alliance staff | February 21, 2018
Assembly Bill 805, the concurrent enrollment fix, was concurred in by the State Senate on a voice vote in floor action last night. The bill now moves on to the Governor’s desk with no opposition. The SAA strongly supports the bill.
You might recall that the Early College Credit Program (ECCP) adopted in the 2017-19 State Budget increased school district fiscal exposure for participation in concurrent enrollment programs. AB 805 simply exempts concurrent enrollment programs from the new ECCP requirements.
Stay tuned.
