Update on SAA Statutory Flexibility Agenda

As you know, on August 12, 2020, the SAA released the SAA Statutory Flexibility Agenda for the 2020-21 School Year along with a priority legislative alert on the issue. Recently, SAA members have begun asking for an “update” on what has happened to those proposals. Well, the update is now available (see link below).
You’ll see that we have taken the original flexibility agenda and added a paragraph of narrative below each agenda item to explain how each of the items was addressed to date inside the Capitol. As you can see, eight of the nine agenda items was included in one or more policy proposals.
