Trump Administration Lifts Transgender Student Bathroom Guidance

The Trump administration on Wednesday ended federal protection for transgender students that allowed them to use public school bathrooms and locker rooms matching their gender identities.
The SAA has contacted its law firm partners. Legal analysis from one or more firms should be available today or tomorrow. We will forward that analysis as soon as it is available.
